1. A valid provisional driving licence; either the "Old" style paper driving licence with a valid passport or "New" style with photo identification with the paper counterpart.
2. Theory Test certificate (only required if already passed).
3. Glasses or contact lenses, if you have poor eyesight - The distance requirement for the old-style number plate is 20.5 metres. The distance requirement for the eyesight test with the new-style number plate is 20 metres. New-style number plates were introduced on 1 September 2001 and are easily identifiable because they start with two letters ie AB51 ABC.


Fees: Paying by Cash or Cheque:

Please note, at least one driving lesson or driving lesson crash course must be paid in advance (should you wish to carry on after your first driving lesson). This is to cover short notice cancellations (please see below). Cheques are accepted and should be made payable to Paul Vickery.

Ten Driving Lessons (First Ten Special): £175 each
These hourly driving lessons must be paid on day one for the full amount. If you would like more driving lessons in a single day, please try the Intensive Driving Lesson Crash Course.

One Driving Lesson (Student Rate): £20 each
These hourly driving lessons are for all students who can produce a Student Card.

One Driving Lesson (Normal Rate): £24 each
Hourly driving lessons. If you would like more driving lessons in a single day, please try the Intensive Driving Lesson Crash Course.

Ten Driving Lessons (Normal Rate): £220 each
These hourly driving lessons must be paid on day one for the full amount. If you would like more driving lessons in a single day, please try the Intensive Driving Lesson Course.

One Day Intensive Driving Lesson Crash Course: £120 (£100 for students) (6 Hour day includes 1 Hour Break)
This driving lesson course is designed for pupils who are unable to practice between driving lessons. There is plenty of time to practice and recap throughout the day. The Driving Lesson Crash Course is also useful for pupils who have a driving test coming up. Start times are flexible (Example: 10am to 4pm).

Hire of Car for Practical Driving Test: £100 (Includes 1hr driving lesson before Practical Driving Test and cost of insurance fees)
Please note, payments are to be made 1 week in advance. This includes a 1hr driving lesson before the actual practical driving test. Pick-up is from agreed address. Your driving instructor will advise on when you are ready to apply for your practical driving test.

Recommend a Friend: £10% off Hire of Car for Practical Test
10% will be deducted from the Hire of Car fee every time you produce a new pupil for driving lessons. The new pupil must book and take at least 2 driving lessons before deduction of fee can be rewarded.

Cancellations:
Please note, all booked lessons, changed or cancelled without at least 48 hours notice (from the time you have booked) must be paid for. Driving Lesson Courses and “Hire of Car for Practical Test” fees require at least 1 weeks notice. Your Driving Instructor is responsible to give you at least 48 hours notice to cancel lessons, too. If not, you will not be charged for your next short-notice cancellation. Please however, try to keep to your appointments.

Refunds:
It is your right to a refund for any reason as long as you give at least 48 hours notice. Driving Lesson Crash Courses and “Hire of Car for Practical Test fee” require at least 1 week notice. There will be a 10% administration fee on any refunds. So, please be sure you wish to continue before booking future driving lessons. Refunds will be sent to you via cheque.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL DRIVING LESSONS PAID IN ADVANCE MUST BE USED WITHIN 12 WEEKS.
